Work highlights
AB 92/18 and ABT 93/18:
Emil has worked intensively for a number of years with AB sets of rules as a result of advice in connection with the conclusion of construction contracts and advice in connection with clarification of already concluded contractual relationship. Because AB are contractual terms, it is often seen that the parties in the contractual basis have introduced additions and deviations to the AB termswhich requires special attention.
Vision and discretion:
Emil has both in and out of court represented many parties in appraisal cases. The prerequisite for a good result is that the case is as well-informed as possible so that the gets the right starting point for preparing his or her statement. A good and well-prepared appraisal case increases the chances of concluding the case without court- or arbitration.
Litigation:
As a litigation lawyer for particularly contractors, Emil has conducted a large number of lawsuits, the majority of which have dealt with alleged defects in workt, disputes about delays and disagreements about extra work. The litigation is often larger in scale, as there can be multiple potential liable parties such as technicale advisore, suppliers of a given product/material, manufactureris of a given product/material and in the interface between different construction trades.
