Janni works in CLEMENS' Real Estate and Construction Law department.
Janni assists clients with real estate matters, both buying and selling real estate:
- commercial real estate
- residential buildings and
- holiday homes
In connection with company law transactions, Janni assists with land registry expeditions, just as Janni assists with land registry expeditions regarding easements or mortgages.
In construction law cases, Janni works with litigation, arbitration and appraisal cases, where she works closely with the lawyer to keep the client updated on the case.
Janni also works with business lease law, where Janni's work mostly consists of land registration expeditions in relation to this.
