The Danish logistics company Link Logistics A/S, which offers its customers courier transportation and express freight of small parcels, has experienced significant growth in Denmark for a number of years. The company had a turnover in the triple-digit millions in the last financial year and employs more than 75 people. The success is mainly due to the increasing e-commerce, which creates increased demand in the parcel shipping market.
One sale sets the stage for international growth
The time is now ripe for the company to expand its business, including abroad. Today, Link Logistics A/S has offices in both Denmark and Sweden. The purpose of the sale to the private equity fund Polaris Private Equity is therefore to initiate the expansion towards the rest of Europe, the USA and Asia.CEO Anders Martens says in connection with the sale:
