CLEMENS has advised the landlord of Aarhus' beautiful new hotel tower, Hans Lorenzen, on the contractual basis for the Tower 2 extension of the city hotel Comwell Hotels.
Comwell Hotels, developer Hans Lorenzen and contractor Nordstern have just signed an agreement for a new 15-story hotel tower that will add significant capacity to the centrally located Comwell Aarhus.
In addition to 161 new hotel rooms, Aarhus can look forward to a sky bar and restaurant on the 14th and 15th floors and, at the top, an outdoor roof terrace of more than 300 square meters.
