CLEMENS har bistået ejerkredsen i Lytzen IT A/S med salget til NetNordic Group
The North Jutland IT company Lytzen A/S IT A/S, which for the past 50 years has specialized as a managed service provider focusing on cloud, network and infrastructure services, has just signed an agreement where NetNordic Denmark acquires Lytzen IT A/S.
From CLEMENS, Attorney and partner Morten Breum-Leer and Attorney Bine Skriver Hedegaard assisted Lytzen IT A/S throughout the sales process.
"We chose Morten and bine based on their previous experience with commercial projects and their track record in M/A. We have not regretted it in any way, and even when time was short and it got late into the evening and on weekends, they were just there for us. It has been a pleasure to work with professionals at that level without losing their grounding and understanding of what is important for an owner-manager moving forward in the process," says Christian Foghsgaard - CEO Lytzen IT.
