CLEMENS has assisted the owners of Lytzen IT A/S with the sale to NetNordic Group
The North Jutland IT company Lytzen A/S IT A/S, which for the past 50 years has specialized as a managed service provider focusing on cloud, network and infrastructure services, has just signed an agreement where NetNordic Denmark acquires Lytzen IT A/S.
From CLEMENS, Attorney and partner Morten Breum-Leer and Attorney Bine Skriver Hedegaard assisted Lytzen IT A/S throughout the sales process.
"We chose Morten and bine based on their previous experience with commercial projects and their M/A credentials. We have not regretted it in any way, and even when time was short and it got late into the evenings and weekends, they were just there for us.
