CLEMENS has assisted Asker Healthcare Group with the acquisition of assistive technology company Kirstine Hardam A/S. Based in Holstebro, Kirstine Hardam specializes in the sale of medical consumables, including in particular ostomy care, wound care, nutrition and incontinence. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authority and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
