Mette works at CLEMENS, primarily for partner/Attorney Peter Hyldahl Ebbesen, in the real estate and construction law department.
Mette assists with real estate matters, including rectification of real estate transactions (residential and commercial) as well as rental properties and the like.
In connection with the rectification of various types of property, Mette is responsible for the registration procedures, including the preparation of deeds, reimbursement statements, registration of statutes, easements and mortgages.
In addition, Mette works with litigation, primarily within real estate and construction law, and also assists in appraisal cases.
Mette works independently within the practice areas in close collaboration with the lawyer and the law firm's regular clients, and participates in the coordination of major transactions/case expeditions.
Mette originally trained as a banker but has worked in a law office since 2003 and is educated Paralegal at Danske Advokater.
