Peter Hyldahl Ebbesen is a partner in CLEMENS' real estate department and together with Attorney, partner, Lene Lausen, responsible for the real estate transfer business area.

For more than 25 years, Peter has provided advice to private and public clients in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, including as K/S tenders, agricultural properties, owner-occupied housing and project development. The advice often includes lease, construction, planning and association law issues.

Over the years, Peter has accumulated extensive experience in the purchase and sale of real estate in the form of traditional asset transactions and company transactions as well as the purchase and sale of residential rental properties subject to a mandatory offer, and today he is a recognized and sought-after specialist in his advisory area.

In his consultancy, Peter emphasizes efficient and thorough case management combined with a high degree of accessibility.

In addition, Peter has considerable litigation experience at the various courts in Denmark and in 2006 he was admitted to the Supreme Court.

In 2006, Peter became a trained mediator and has actively used the training in business.
