Lene Lausen is a partner in CLEMENS' real estate department, and together with Attorney and partner Peter Hyldahl Ebbesen, she is responsible for the real estate transfer business area.

Lene has more than 20 years of experience advising private and public clients in connection with the purchase and sale of building plots and commercial properties, including through municipal tenders and project development. Lene's advice on the transfer of real estate often includes lease, construction, planning and association law issues as a natural part of the advice. Lene's business has to a large extent been built on the basis of trusting and long-term professional client relationships, and Lene is particularly well-liked by her clients for her direct and proper manner, both in the client relationship but also in contract negotiations with counterparties.

Over the years, Lene has gained extensive experience in the purchase and sale of real estate, including traditional asset transactions, where she has specialized in advising on the purchase and sale of residential rental properties subject to mandatory offers. In addition, Lene also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including in particular the transfer of real estate companies and the transfer of project development companies.

Lene also has great insight into cadastral matters relating to the formation of property, including in connection with the division and subdivision of condominiums, subdivision of cadastral areas, area transfer, etc. In addition, Lene works with in-depth due diligence investigations in various types of transactions, registration of declarations and rights of use as well as mortgage law issues in project development cases, including in relation to relactions.
