Søren specializes in commercial and residential tenancy law as part of the real estate department. He assists with the drafting of lease agreements and advises on the ongoing relationship between landlords and tenants, including adjustments to lease terms, termination, cancellation, and move-outs, as well as the resolution of tenancy disputes.
In addition, Søren assists with the purchase and sale of real estate, including in connection with due diligence processes, the drafting and review of purchase agreements, and the negotiation of terms.
