Rasmus Munk Nielsen works primarily with intellectual property law (i.e. legal issues related to trademarks, designs, patents, copyrights, etc.

Rasmus advises on issues concerning infringement and enforcement of intellectual property rights and trade secrets as well as in cases concerning the conclusion of contracts for commercialization of intellectual property rights.

Rasmus also specializes in general commercial law and has considerable experience in handling complex litigation on commercial law issues. He often assists Danish companies with legal challenges abroad, and he also advises foreign companies active in the Danish market, including in relation to corporate transactions.

Rasmus also advises a wide range of companies on IT law matters, including in particular in relation to the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts in the IT law area (e.g. software license agreements, IT consultancy agreements, escrow agreements, etc.)

In 2011, Rasmus studied at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, earning a Master of Laws (first class honors) with a focus on international contract law and international intellectual property law.
