Maja works primarily with company law, tax law and general commercial law.
Maja assists both large and small businesses and companies, other professional advisors and private individuals with business and tax law issues in a broad sense. In addition, Maja advises on all aspects of company law.
Maja offers advice on the following, among other things:
- Establishing companies, including choice of company form and structure
- Preparation of shareholders' agreements
- Changes to the capital structure of companies, including capital increase or capital reduction
- Buying and selling businesses
- Restructuring and generational change, including advice on the planning, structuring and implementation of these
- Contracting, including negotiating and drafting contracts
- Tax advice on business law matters
In addition, Maja assists with appeals to the Danish Tax Appeals Agency and tax cases before the courts.
