Bo Christensen

Bo Christensen specializes in insolvency law and Restructuring, and has extensive experience in advising companies and their creditors on the possibilities of restructuring and reorganization, as well as on insolvency proceedings.

In addition, Bo Christensen advises companies in the SME segment on general commercial law and assists financial companies with advice and dispute resolution in financing law issues.

Bo Christensen advises on all aspects of insolvency, turnaround and restructuring, including

• Advice to companies and management on crisis management, restructuring options and insolvency proceedings
• Advising business owners and investors on options for Restructuring their distressed investments.

Bo Christensen is sought after for his pleasant and pragmatic style and advises with his straightforward approach on issues such as refinancing, raising capital, credit agreements, dispute management and bankruptcy.

Having worked for a number of years at some of Denmark's largest law firms, Bo Christensen has considerable experience in handling both large and small bankruptcy estates and notified reconstructions in most sectors.

Bo Christensen therefore often acts as a bankruptcy court-appointed trustee and restructuring administrator.

In addition to his specialist work within the insolvency area, Bo Christensen advises companies and their owners on general commercial law and contractual matters and regularly conducts litigation and negotiations on behalf of his clients.
