Rasmus Schjoldager advises Danish and international companies on commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, cooperative and company law, compliance and risk management.
In his consultancy, Rasmus draws on special commercial experience from the industry, where he previously held management roles in a large international group for a number of years. Rasmus has a special understanding of negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Rasmus often advises owners, management and in-house lawyers on legal matters of strategic importance, and he has been responsible for several legal investigations in both the public and private sectors.
