Morten Bangsgaard Kjeldsen works with the transfer of companies and business law issues in a broad sense.
Morten assists both medium-sized and large companies with the commercial law issues they encounter. Morten advises especially in relation to contracting, including cooperation agreements with customers and suppliers as well as asset transfer agreements.
For a number of years, Morten has advised companies in the Danish slaughterhouse industry, and in this connection, Morten has built up extensive knowledge of the industry.
In addition, Morten works with both large and small-scale business transfers, where he has experience with complex transfers and investment rounds as well as smaller business transfers.
The latter is particularly evident in Morten's advice to the primary healthcare sector, where Morten has extensive knowledge of the industry-specific conditions of general practitioners, specialists, dentists, chiropractors and physiotherapists.
Morten's advice to the primary healthcare sector includes, in particular, the purchase and sale of practices, the establishment of generational changes, the drafting of cooperation agreements as well as advice on and drafting of shareholders' agreements and partnership agreements that take into account the specific conditions that apply to business operations in the primary healthcare sector.
Finally, Morten has extensive experience in litigation, where he conducts cases in a number of different areas of law.
