Kim Nielsen specializes in landlord and tenant law - both residential and business lease law and advises private and public companies, administrators and investors on all aspects of commercial and residential landlord and tenant law.
The advice includes drafting lease agreements, including negotiation/renegotiation, notice of rent increase and disputes about the size of the rent and the parties' maintenance obligations. In addition, Kim advises on vacating, termination and termination of leases, including eviction cases and change of tenant.
