Anne Woldenhof focuses on insolvency law and Restructuring and advises companies and their creditors on restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Anne advises on all aspects of insolvency, turnaround, restructuring and distressed exposures and investments, e.g:
- refinancing
- raising capital
- credit agreements
- disputes
- restructuring or
- bankruptcy
She also has extensive experience in debt collection and debt recovery.
Anne also advises small and medium-sized businesses on general commercial law and can assist with disputes in connection with leases, including renovation claims, termination and eviction of tenants. In this connection, she represents clients in the Housing Court, the Enforcement Court and the Rent Tribunal.
Most recently, Anne assisted in-house lawyers with a major legal investigation.
