In addition, Anne-Mette assists and advises in connection with mergers and acquisitions and within company law in a broad sense, including in connection with company formation, mergers and demergers.
In the field of intellectual property law, Anne-Mette mainly deals with issues of infringement and enforcement of intellectual property rights and cases concerning the commercialization of intellectual property rights.
Anne-Mette also has experience in conducting litigation on commercial law issues, including conducting appraisal cases.
